Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled service in order for the deposit to be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-show appointments, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Please request deposit refund by email to [email protected] . (Please provide your name, date of deposit was charge and las 4 numbers of your credit card.)
Arrival | We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.
Gratuity | We recommend adding 15-20% gratuity to your spa services. Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.
Medical Conditions | We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.
For the comfort of others | Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

*You understand that the therapy to be received is of professional nature and that a disrespectful attitude towards the staff or anyone within the facilities will cause a termination of the service and you must cover 100% of the cost of the booked treatment .
